How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Returning items is possible. Please contact me via the "contact" page or anni.abstract@hotmail.de. Please note that if you want to return your item(s), the return itself won't be covered by me. The shipping is paid by the customer and the refund will be sent after I have received the item(s) in pristine condition.

My item arrived but has been damaged in the shipping process. Is there anything we can do?

If your order has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact me via the "contact" page or at anni.abstract@hotmail.de, including photos of the broken item(s), the tracking number, your order number, PayPal address/payment information and postal address. If the item is still available, I'll try to resend a new one for free after clearing things up with the delivery service! If the item is sold out, you will get a replacement item or a discount for your next purchase - we'll work it out together, don't worry!

I had to pay import taxes (VAT/customs) upon the arrival of my items, is there anything we can do about that?

Having to pay customs can happen when you buy from a different country - I have no control over this and am not responsible for any additional costs. If I have to ship via DHL, a customs declaration is mandatory for any country outside of the EU and there's nothing I can do about that as well.
